Frustrating features

Some issues I hope get fixed:
-I couldnt get the crop feature to work as anything but a re-sizer. Terrible feature! Cropping is critical, esp. in free mode.
-The option for a 16 x 20 poster was not available. Had to go through Print command and hope for the best. Then the image resized itself to pixels somehow.
-I was not able to save or export the final image without going through Preview. Have yet to print it, and sure hope it comes out as expected.
-The Help menu is totally lame.
If I hadnt paid $9.99 for this app, I might not have been so displeased.
